STEP 2: TERMINATE YOUR EXISTING LAWN
Ideally, we'll start the process in the Late Spring.
STEP 3: PLANT NEW GRASSES
Seems like August & September might be too hot to plant your lawn, but that is the best time of year for it. We have a few different methods that we use to do a Lawn Renovation. Our seeding specialist will choose the most appropriate method to meet your needs.
STEP 4: WATER
You'll need to water a new lawn to get it established.
STEP 5: WAIT
We'll come back towards the end of Fall and check on your lawn and add some more seed as a dormant seeding.
STEP 6: SPRING CHECK UP
We'll check in Mid-Spring to see how it is progressing. You'll probably have a few winter annual weeds that will go away on their own soon.
STEP 7: REGULAR TREATMENT & ENJOYMENT
Your new lawn will be looking pretty good and getting better throughout the Spring. Regular treatments are essential to help it grow in.
